Singapore  Mathematics Challenge* (SMC) Global Assessment


"We are a team of dedicated mathematics educators who want to help students and teachers from all over the world to improve in math education. Singapore started with a very poor education base after independence from the British in 1965 and by 1980, we were at the rock bottom of world education rankings. SMC is a global assessment to provide summative assessment data for schools run at very low costs with minimal control from SIMCC. SMC 2025 will come with an optional Learning Management System (LMS) at an affordable rate. To encourage students to join SLSP, SIMCC will offer half the SPs given to National contests for SMC assessment.

Entry Requirements: None

Scholarship Points (SPs): Perfect Score=1.5points, Gold=1points, Silver=0.5points, Bronze=0.25point, Hon Mention

=0.15point

Awards: Certificate for Award winners.                      Each country >499                top 8%= Gold,          next 12% = Silver,   20% = Bronze,          next 10% = Honorable Mention
